I am conducting research into the Self-Concepts and Motivation of Kenya's Highly Skilled Professionals (HSP). It is in this regard I write inviting your participation.
Of interest to this study are those skilled professionals living and working in Kenya or her Diaspora. You have been specifically approached, because in my view (or that of a mutual acquaintance), your views would be informative to this area under study, being a highly skilled professional yourself.
