ReliefWeb: Humanitarian Vacancies: "The 'Expanding Access to Global Knowledge to Universities in Somalia' project is a part of the World Bank/UNDP LICUS (Low Income Countries Under Stress) initiative. The objectives will be achieved through a stimulating and varied mix of lectures by experts, classroom debates, news writing exercises and field trips."
